Gaia Art Installation by Luke Jerram
Back in 2022, the immersive art installation, Gaia, which depicts the earth’s surface, was in my home town of Chelmsford, Essex.
More recently I saw Gaia again, this time in the Old Library at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. The Gaia will be at Trinity College Dublin until September 2024.
Gaia is a seven-metre diameter touring artwork by Luke Jerram. It is suspended in the air, slowly rotating, allowing visitors an astronaut’s view of earth as if from space.
My Prints for Sale in “The Art Place”
Over the coming months, my prints will be for sale in The Art Place in Chelmsford.
The Art Place is a creative hub located in central Chelmsford. It is a space dedicated to visual arts, combining a shop, gallery and workshop space. I’m thrilled that my prints Budgie Love and The Hummingbirds are available for sale in the shop.
Chelmsford Museum Open Art Exhibition 2023-24
I’m really pleased to announce that two of my prints have been included in the Open Art Exhibition at Chelmsford Museum, Oaklands Park, Chelmsford. The exhibition is running from 18th November 2023 - 25th February 2024
Vision Offices Art Residency
I have been selected to be one of the first artists to take part in a 6-month residency at Vision Offices in Chelmsford, Essex. ‘Vision Galleria’ is a new initiative to showcase the work of local artists and photographers. All pieces displayed are available to buy.

I recently found out that my local City, Chelmsford, had put itself forward to be the UK City of Culture 2025. I was interested to find out more about this competition . In this article I have run through the possible entrants and the ethos of their pitch.
