SHIPPING

SHIPPING FEES

Orders of any amount within the UK receive free shipping.

Outside of the UK, orders can be placed via my Etsy shop, where shipping and taxes are applied automatically.

SHIPPING TIMES

Prints - All prints will be shipped in the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class within 1-2 days.

Canvases - All canvases will be shipped in the UK within 5-7 days.

TRACKING

Prints - Proof of Postage, showing Royal Mail 1st Class, will be obtained for all print orders.

Canvases - The shipment will have a tracking number so you can check its status at anytime.

OTHER INFORMATION

For safe delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt of your package.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, hold onto the packaging and artwork in case photos are required for insurance purposes. Email [email protected] as soon as possible and I will help resolve the issue. If your package is lost, please get in touch with me within four weeks of the dispatch date.

RETURNS

RETURNING AN ITEM

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please email me within 14 days from the delivery date, and I will provide further instructions. Please use the original packaging for the return shipment, and note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

RECEIVING A REFUND

I will refund the amount paid (excluding the cost of return shipping) once I have received and inspected the returned item. The refunded amount may reflect any damage or use.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you change your mind and need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please sent me an email as soon as possible.
